Child Development Resources' Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) allows eligible low-income families to be placed on a waiting list for subsidized child care. Subsidized child care is provided through a State or Federally funded program that helps pay for child care costs.

Children's Home Society of California has three Child Care Assistance Programs that provide subsidized child care services to eligible families, including Alternative Payment, CalWORKs, and Child Protective Services.
